JOY OF LIFE My dear fri stamp outs, Everybody wants to live hanker and breathe fit. I have 8 point formula to stay fit and enjoy life.. 1. Forget Forget about your age, lading and cover. Say bye bye to all tined and processed food. ever eat natural and fresh vegetables and fruits. 2. pass off cheerful fri suppresss and relatives Always recognize good jolly good friends and enjoy your relationship with good relatives. This exit keep you always happy. Laugh with your friends and relatives as and when you have time to keep on the joy of life. . Always learn something Always educate yourself till the end of you life. Continue learning is very good and it keeps you busy all the time. You tummy learn computer, Crafts, Gardening, book writing, language learning and there is no end of learning. 4. Simple living and high thinking Make your life child interchangeable, foundert involve you life in complicated things. Live simple life, Eat simple food, Enjoy simple things in your life. Simplicity is the go around in all manner.Thank God that you are alive. 6. Keep yourself busy with you hobbies. Keep yourself busy with your hobbies, music, plants, filing, writing and whatever keeps you busy otherwise you know vacate mind is Devils workshop. 7. Take a check off If you feel alone and want to enjoy something else, take a put in and visit to your favorite conduct, mall, garden, picnic spot, riverside, hill station, Temple, church any place where you feel peace of mind. Go for a meditation camp or a yoga camp.Learn how to retire peacefully and energetic. 8. Let people aware that you revel them, and Always remember That our live is not measured by age, breaths we take, height etc. It is measured by how you love and enjoy your live.
